Total Triage
Posted or Updated on 26 Jan 2026
Important Patient Notice
From Monday 4th November 2025 our practice will be moving to Total Triage for all appointment requests.
What is Total Triage?
Total Triage means that every request for an appointment will be reviewed first.
Your request will be directed to the most appropriate Clinician or service.
This may be a GP, pharmacist, paramedic, physiotherapist, nurse, or another healthcare professional within our team.
Why is this happening?
This change is based on guidance from Government, NHS England, and Black Country ICB.
- To improve fair access for all patients.
- To ensure safety and consistency in how requests are managed.
- To make sure you are seen by the right person, at the right time.
- To support NHS services in managing increasing demand.
How will this work?
Use the online form on our website (or contact reception if you cannot access online services).
Your request will be reviewed by one of our Doctors (Dr Kumar, Dr Kasliwal, Dr Reza)
What this means for you
- Quicker access to the right professional.
- Safer care, as urgent needs are identified promptly.
- Fairer system for all patients, regardless of how they contact us.
Need help?
If you cannot complete the online form, our reception team will help you.
